Note: There is NO riding during HorseWise Brilliance Unbridled retreats. Each of the many fun horse exercises are done on the ground in a safe, coaching-rich atmosphere.
Why Horses?
Something happens—often magical but never mundane—when we step into the presence of a horse
For centuries horses have stirred our passion and captured our imagination. We love them for their power, grace, and beauty. They in turn, look to us, not to dominate them, but to be a leader.
When we encounter a horse, we touch a deep part of ourselves, that until now, has been hidden.
It is the inner wisdom and spirit of the horse that mirrors our desire to express our own wisdom, power, and magnificence and gives us a path of self-awareness and positive self-assessment to travel.
Horses possess keen, highly perceptive intuition. They are generous, playful, curious creatures. Horses are instinctively tuned to any change in their environment. Their ability to "read" us is at times uncanny, yet highly accurate. For the horse, it's simple. Do your words, actions, voice, and body match your thoughts, feelings and actions?
