Questions and Answers about the Certified Coach Training Program

My next Certified Money, Marketing and Soul Coach Training is quickly approaching. The only live training I will be doing for this program in 2010 is happening February 9-12th in Tucson, Arizona.
Having just spent the weekend watching some of the recent graduates of this program coaching my platinum clients I have to say I am absolutely filled with joy and thrilled to be leading this training again. I have been watching people and businesses transform as a result of going through this training and I know that can happen for you too.
As you can imagine we have received many questions about this program from people who are wondering whether or not this is the right option for them and their business; so, I wanted to address some of the most common ones here. 1. What exactly will these folks learn during the four-day live workshop here in Tucson, and then during the 90 days of follow-up training?
What you’re going to learn from an overarching standpoint is how to be a powerful, confident business and marketing coach. The other thing people are going to learn is how to coach at a very deep level. I give you the templates, scripts and all of this detailed information. It’s presented very simply. It’s very easy to absorb and implement.
I give you the templates for how to run a session. I give you the primary breakthrough questions to ask. Then I mentor and teach you how to use your intuition in a very directed way that gets extraordinary results very quickly for your clients.
On the one hand you are going to learn how to be a coach. Then you are also going to learn a system or a Money, Marketing and Soul blueprint. It’s really a business in a box. This is a system that you can offer your clients. It’s built in, ready-made, ready to go.

2. Who is the program designed for exactly?
This program is truly designed for experienced and new coaches alike. Here’s why. As a more experienced coach, it’s tough to find something that really inspires you. For the experienced coach, what this program does is give you a model for how to design your business in a very different way that is going to create a whole lot more freedom for you, a lot of excitement, energy and passion, and a lot more income. For somebody who is brand-new to coaching, what will happen for you is that you’ll learn how to coach at a mastery level from Day 1.
3. How quickly can I expect to begin seeing results from this training?
You may have heard me say this before but some of our coaches signed up clients during the four days of training. They weren’t clients in the room. They were outside of the room. Many of them were getting their clients within the first week to two weeks of training. It really can happen that fast.

4. What happens after the 90 day follow up, when I am actually certified?
After the 90 days, you do get a monthly training call with me. You also get something very unique. We recognize that I am very creative. I can create content all day long. Most people don’t have the time. They don’t have the resources and the structure to be able to do that.
What we’ve done to help you market your Certified Money, Marketing and Soul business is every month, we provide you with a downloadable audio file. It’s a done-for-you audio that I have recorded. The recording is me discussing a topic that relates directly to the Money, Marketing and Soul blueprint. It might be on time, team or creating an authentic marketing plan. There are different topics on the same material you’ve learned. The way I do the recording is to promote you. It’s not promoting me.
The recordings are about 30 minutes each. We also have them transcribed. You download the audio and the transcription. The transcription is in a Word file so you can put your own logo and contact information on it. It does not have my information on it. This is done for you.
Then, you can use that audio and transcript to burn your own CDs and give out at networking events. You can give them out when you speak. We do recommend speaking to promote your business. You can create a membership program. There is monthly content built in for you.
And, the way I structure those calls is really cool. It’s not a live call. It’s just me on the phone. I’m describing, on that audio, the topic. I’m directing it toward your client. I’m telling them, “Here’s the thing you need to know. Here’s why it’s important.” I’m planting seeds throughout that audio to go back to you as the Certified Money, Marketing and Soul coach for the coaching on implementing.
We’ve also designed a beautiful label for you. It’s a CD label that you can download and customize it with your photo. It actually does have your name already on it. Every month, you just change the title of the call that the audio relates to. You can burn your own CDs and have that ready to go.
In addition to that there are a lot of opportunities just with us. For our Platinum program, we just hired six of our own graduates to be Platinum coaches with our clients. Through the IAWBC, the International Association of Women in Business Coaching, there will be opportunities to be hired by that association as coaches as well.
This is only going to get bigger and the opportunities that we’re creating to provide business to our graduates is very exciting!

One of the reasons my business is so profitable is because I have multiple streams of income that all work together. I seamlessly integrate everything I am doing so my time is leveraged as best as possible AND I can have the greatest impact on my clients. But, it wasn’t always like this.
