Women Entrepreneurs: Are You Suffering From The “Your Heart Is Bigger Than Your Success” Syndrome?

If you’re called to be a coach then it’s likely you’re heart yearns to get your message out to the many you’re supposed to serve. But nothing is more frustrating than feeling like no one is hearing you. Or feeling that you’re barely touching the lives of a tiny handful of people when you know you’re meant to serve masses more.

I call this “Your Heart Is Bigger Than Your Success Syndrome.” It’s a frustrating place many coaches find themselves in. Reason being, that their old paradigm of what and how they market themselves is keeping them playing small. You know this is you if you’re feeling pent up ambition to change the lives of others, you’re telling yourself you should be more successful than you are or you’re business is primarily a 1-on-1 model that’s leaving you feeling burnt out and underpaid.

Ladies, The Answer Isn’t This…

Women coaches (and the guys too!) are smart, caring, intuitive souls who often make the mistake of thinking they need to dig themselves out of a problem by supplying their own shovel, pick and bucket.
