Have my personal website up and running with a weekly newsletter going to the list I’ve collected on the Women’s conference website.

I’m mailing color post cards only to small businesses around my office to give away free websites. The only fee is for hosting which would have to be paid anyway, but, I explain that when I get a call. The problem is no calls. I need calls.

I would launch my forthcoming book: Feast your way to health, http://www.drritamarie.com/EBookOrderForm.htm , attract joint venture partners to promote it and sell 10,000 copies within the first week.

I desperately want to create my first product. It may be putting the horse before the cart (lol) because I’m a fairly new coach but It would make me feel like I have something to compete with and offer prospects to get to know me better.

I’m a Rejuvenate Your Practice student, at the beginning stages of starting a private practice as a Nurse Practitioner and Life Coach working with clients who suffer from chronic illness in finding the absolute best treatment plan for them in order to improve the quality of their lives.
I’d LOVE to brand myself. I’m developing a website and am set to go to Leverage Your Genius in August to develop a infoproduct.
I believe the ONE thing is to do a stellar job in marketing myself.

I would get a contract with a large medical group to be their nutritionist and help their patients on their path to optimal health in a more natural manner. For my real estate investing business I will be enrolling 4 new students a month, making approximately $40,000 per month.

ONE amazing thing i would like to do: make more money by
selling 3 times as many paintings in the next 6 months as i did in the first 6 months of this year…..

Kendall, first I want to say that I do think you are “brilliant.” What you have accomplished in such a short time has inspired me very much.
A year and a half ago my business failed. I spent over a year trying to get back on my feet and pay off over $30,000 in debt.
Six months ago, I became determined to get out of debt come hell or high water. In four months I eliminated $9,500 debt on a tiny salary. I am now passionate about creating a course teaching others how and why they want to become debtfree. I have learned so much.
So, I would create an information training course teaching others how to create a spending strategy that would leave them debtfree and move into the creation of wealth.

Create a product or programme to help everyone access the creative power that I know is within them, and use it to enhance their lives and business results.

I would attract and work with small group of people who are hungry to change their lives in a 18-month long programme…they would be my platinum style group…and my ambassadors for change…as they would then be ready to take their work out their and support people in living their dream and living in bliss…and of course I would have some amazing VAs who would take of parts of the business which stop me from being creative and take me away from doing what I love and doing what I do best!

Kendall — First, I want you to know that I love what you do and how you think. You are a great role model in my life.
The one thing that I would want to accomplish with your help is to establish a viable and growing consulting business. I just need the tools to make progress and to be able to see real results $$$. I constantly feel lost and second guess myself all the time.
P.S. I have two Appaloosas, so I share your love and passion for horses! Good luck at your training in Colorado!

Hi Kendall
I’ve been receiving your emails and wonderful, coaching tips and advice for a good while now, and I’ve never realised that you had a blog! I’ve subscribed immediately and it’s lovely to be able to leave a comment for you. I’m also very excited about your ’sale’ as I’ve always wanted to be part of your Success Circle, but unfortunately never quite felt I could afford it so I’m really hoping I can sign up with your offer. The one amazing thing I’d love to accomplish is to have a successful membership site, which generated passive income to enable me to be less tied to the ‘money for personal coaching hours’ model, and more importantly, I’d love the members to really enjoy being part of a community where I can nudge them on to have more free time to do the things that are really important to them.
I’ve learnt a great deal from you Kendall and it’s nice to get the chance to say a big thank you here.
All the best
Tamsin

Hi Kendall,
First, I want to congratulate you on achieving over half the items on your Vision Board — the rest are soon to come I have no doubt!
GREAT question! For me, the answer is simple, I would bring my “how to” and message of “Transform your business…transform your life” to entrepreneurs everywhere.
So many entrepreneurs and small business owners struggle with building and growing their business when they don’t need to.
Thanks for the opportunity to share with you!

Hi Kendall!
Many congratulations on reaching your goal to attend the Parelli Horse Camp! Boy would I love to go too (I love the Parelli training videos of people running free on their horses with no reins or saddle - amazing for sure!
The ONE amazing thing I want to accomplish, right now, with my business is to quickly build my list to atleast 500 members and get my phone ringing so I can start selling my career coaching packages! I am so ready to help some weary job seekers!

Hi Kendall
I just received your program How to Charge What Your Worth and Get it program. Fantastic! I listened to the first 3 CD’s and decided on my way to meet a new prospect that I would double my rates and give the info from your program a whirl. I walked through the steps and asked all of the questions. When I asked for the sale my prospect didn’t even blink. Signed right up for 3 months! I already charge a significant amount more than my competitors, so doubling my rate was definitely a leap. Here is my question. I was fine asking all of the questions except for the million dollar question. I think I already had the sale by the time I asked the question. When should that question be asked? How do you handle vague answers to that question without feeling pushy. When I asked this question my prospect answered the same way she answered the results question. I didn’t get a “priceless” or a dollar amount from her. What should I have done differently?
Thanks!

Kendall,
Your question really helped me gain some perspective on the many projects I have going. What would I accomplish? I would continue to grow my coaching business AND I would tremendously increase the relative percentage of income that is coming from products such as my Emotional Eating Toolbox(TM)Self-guided Program.
I love your newsletter and emails. This question helped me realize that I need to set aside the time–NOW–to develop the next set of products and resources I want to create for women struggling with overwhelm around food, weight and dieting. I know so clearly that when people can put food in its place and get off the diet rollercoaster, they have so much more energy to create the life they really crave.
Thanks for the gentle “kick in the pants!”

Hey, Kendall,
The ONE amazing thing I intend to accomplish with my business is to develop the systems and structure to support its growth to at least $500K annually WITHOUT me having to work any harder.
Thanks for the opportunity to put my intention out to the world.

Kendall,
Thanks for all your wonderfully positive messages! The one amazing thing I will accomplish with my business is to open up a branch office in a warm climate (such as Tucson!) so I could live there November through April which are the dark months in Seattle. The opening of this office would be accomplished without stress, as I continue to grow my business and enjoy my life.
I’m excited!!!

It is obvious to me that I will never have the level of sheer energy and enthusiasm that you jump out of bed with each morning. In spite of my slow and steady methods, I have made almost every dream I ever had come true. The only one that hasnt worked was opening my own hand-painted tile store. I needed a large outlay of money, and everything I have learned online in 10 years has not helped me expand my sales enough to gather the funds. All my work is one-of-a-kind and custom, so the flow of money was never steady. I would love to know what I could have done differently to own my niche, which I did, but earn more money in a steady preDICTable flow, which I didnt.

I would tell the world about my art gallery and also establish an inter-city art program to help kids who want to explore art do just that. (Thank you for your newsletters and your wise words!)

I would like to create a horse & human healing/massage business that provides a 6 figure income and allows me the time to help amputee veterans and abused teenage girls heal using horses. I would also like to create a product to sell on the internet that is related to horse healing. I want to be a paid, internationally known speaker who talks about complimentary methods of healing (massage, energy work, meditation) and how to apply these methods to improve the quality of life for all those people who are still working in office jobs (and not always having the fun that I am!)
Wow! It is so inspiring and feels so good to declare this to everyone!! (myself, especially)
thanks

Oh my heavens Kendall you asked a great question: I would accomplish, yes I would finally accomplish the peace in my heart knowing that the passion that God gave me has the power to move forward and the voice that it craves. Step-Mom’s would have a place to go to grow and tools to help their families experience harmony. I would have systems set up so that 24/7 the Step-Mom would have a place to take a class that would help her center herself and grow as a person. I want to provide a place for them to go and get that for themselves without me being involved in it but I want to create a place to celebrate all of the growth too. I would also have the answers and knowledge that I have been searching for for my business and I can’t tell you how wonderful that would feel for me nevertheless I could FINALLY breath, big breaths even.
