Does she or DOESN’T she?

Can you believe that the pretty lady on the left is 65 years old…AND my mom?! (And no, she DOESN’T color her hair! Yeesh, I have more gray than she does!).
Today is my mom, Kailash’s, birthday. This pic was taken just last week, with her dear friend (and amazing body healer that I go to every week) Harini.
I have learned so much from my mom that I thought, in honor of her birthday today, I would share with you one of her all-time BEST pieces of wisdom.
Are you ready?
It’s this…say “yes!” to yourself, no matter what!
What that means is, say “yes!” to what YOU want, even if you risk disappointing someone else (don’t worry, they’ll get over it!)
…even if it means doing something that feels scary (if you’re being true to your heart, it’s the right action to take)
…and even if it means changing your mind (you do know you have the right to change your mind, don’t you?!).
Great words of wisdom, don’t you agree?
So…since Kailash LOVES people saying “yes!” to themselves, no matter what, what is ONE thing YOU will say “yes!” to…today?
