This shot was taken in my arena just a few feet out back of my house. Aren’t the mountains gorgeous?
Jag is honestly, about the smartest horse on the planet. He knows several tricks, including dragging his feeder over to us on command so we don’t have to go fetch it from inside his corral.
What I love though, is his big, beautiful, expressive eye. It’s full of heart and soul, don’t you agree?

Happy Birthday mom

Happy Birthday to my mom, Kailash. That’s her (L) with her ColorEssence client, Orna (R).
Kailash and Orna had a chance to reconnect at Baeth Davis’s amazing event that we all attended last week. Can you believe Kailash turned 66 last week and yes, that’s her real hair color, and no, she hasn’t had any “work” done?!
She was frequently spotlighted from the stage by Baeth and by others who have experienced her special magic with personal color and design. I guess you can tell I’m really proud! (-:
