Delegating is a must-do part of everyday business life. But most woman struggle with delegating because they’re often afraid they’ll come across as “too bossy” or “too demanding.”
So instead of learning how to delegate with clarity and purpose, they wimp out, giving up their power with tactics such as using an “oh, please” tone of voice, hesitating to delegate a task, or not being clear about when they need a task completed.
If you plan on doubling or tripling your business, this behavior has GOT to stop!
You don’t need to delegate with the brusqueness of a man, nor do you need to turn into a you-know-what just because you’re requesting someone do something for you. They key is to know how to stand in your power as a woman AND as a leader.
Let me help show you how with these three simple tips. Practice them and in no time at all, you’ll find yourself delegating with power and sensitivity for others. After all, isn’t that what being a woman entrepreneur is all about?

Few things in business are as exciting as seeing a need, putting together a program or product to meet that need, expecting it to quickly fill, only to watch as it fizzles with few, if any, signups.
It’s downright embarrassing, not to mention disappointing.
While it’s easy to blame someone or something (please, don’t even mention that it’s “because of the e______”. Trust me, that isn’t the reason) the truth is, a fizzled launch is easily prevented if you wisely follow certain steps.
Which is why, if you’re planning on offering a new program or product you MUST read these 3 tips. They’ll save you from experiencing a boatload of embarrassment and disappointment and will help you make your next launch a success.

Creative entrepreneurs love the idea of “having a plan” but often struggle with how to make one, given the deluge of ideas they have spinning around in their head. The planning process can feel overwhelming and the end result is often a plan that still doesn’t answer the essential question, “What do I do FIRST?”
If that sounds like you, then you’re in luck. As a highly creative entrepreneur I’ve figured out how to honor my creative, feminine spirit AND design a practical plan that will ensure I meet my financial goals.
The results of the process I’ve designed have contributed significantly to my going from frustrating five figures just a few short years ago, to now having a multi-million dollar coaching business. The cool thing is, I still use the same planning process every year.
This part may make you laugh: I don’t use fancy spreadsheets, charts, graphs or any of the traditional, male-oriented planning tools. Doing so sounds like far too much work!
Instead, I run my entire multi 7-figure business from a plan written out on a couple sheets of paper with pencil. The secret is what goes ON those sheets of paper.
Here are 3 simple tips taken from my planning process, each designed to help you create the Divine Feminine version of a business plan.

Women Entrepreneurs: Do You Know the Biggest Mistake Even Seasoned Coaches Make That Sabotages Their Income AND Their Desire To Impact More People?
December 14th, 2009 by Kendall
Hands down, coaches are some of the most giving, generous, intuitive and insightful people on the planet. They’re always ready, willing and able to help clients move forward, break through limiting behaviors and reach their goals.
Coaches are in the business of changing peoples’ lives so you’d think that for this kind of work a coach could EASILY make at least 6-figures, right?
Truth is, most coaches struggle to make a living that matches their old salary from their past j-o-b. Or if they do reach 6-figures they quickly tap out (or even burn out).
I think this is clearly a case for “physician, heal thyself.” What most coaches need to heal are key beliefs about their value, and then take action in a different way than they have in the past. Basically, do for themselves what they ask their clients to do.
How do I know? Because I’ve created a multi-million dollar coaching business from the ground up. Yes, you read that number right!
To create this kind of success I’ve had to dig deep within me, uncovering the false beliefs and limiting behaviors that otherwise, would have kept me stuck where most coaches end up: frustrated, with mediocre income and limited impact in the world.
When I started out I had no idea I could take coaching this far. The best part is that while the income is certainly amazing, it’s the ability to bring the gifts of coaching to so many people that makes my business a blessing. Every day I get the joy of helping people succeed, which in our hearts, is what we coaches yearn to achieve.
What stops you from creating extraordinary income and impacting the lives of many isn’t lack of coaching talent or ability. It also isn’t lack of motivation or desire.
Find out what it is and what you can do about it — today — by joining me on a FREE call I’m leading on Thursday, Dec 17th at 8pm Eastern on:
“What Clients Want: How to Make Yourself Irresistible, In-demand and Highly Paid as a Coach in Today’s Market”
Specifically, in this call I’ll cover IN DETAIL:
- The biggest mistake even seasoned coaches make that sabotages their income AND their desire to help greater numbers of people
- What clients want right now — and are willing to pay a surprising amount of money to get
- Which is the hottest, fastest growing niche in coaching (and how, if you’re not getting in on this now, you’re likely to be passed by forever)
- Why coaching is a “must offer” for every business, even if you don’t think of yourself as a coach
- Why coaching tops info products, membership programs and other info streams as THE most lucrative…but only IF it’s done right (don’t worry, I’ll share what the right way is –in detail)

Something Else You Should Know…
Coaching is one of the SIMPLEST ways to create a 6-figure business. I know because I’ve leveraged my love of coaching into what is now a multi-million dollar business in just a few short years.
Better still, the people I’ve trained as a Certified Money, Marketing and Soul Coach are reporting CONSISTENT and lucrative results.
For example: some have made $20,000, even as much as $50,000 in their FIRST 90-days of training.
Listen in on what Elizabeth Genco Purvis had to say about what becoming a Certified Money, Marketing and Soul Coach has meant to her business and her life.
Get the Flash Player to see this content.Even more exciting is that the AVERAGE of all of the current Certified Money, Marketing and Soul Coaches is over $17,304 in additional income made within their 90-day training period. So, in addition to delivering IN-DEPTH CONTENT on this upcoming F.R.E.E. call I’ll also answer your questions about whether achieving the elite designation of being a Certified Mo.ney, Marketing and Soul Coach is right for you.

- why over 90% of the Certified Money, Marketing and Soul Coaches are making money when other coaches are not
- the 3 signs to know if becoming a CMMS coach is right for you and your business
- 5 different and creative ways you can integrate the CMMS modules into your existing coaching business (or use these modules to START your new coaching business)
- how quickly you can expect to see a return on your investment
- why your prospective clients will beg you to coach them on the CMMS modules, such as Branding with Archetypes, Money Archetypes, Signature System and more
