I had the awesome pleasure of spending a VIP day with one of my Diamond Goddess members, Shelley Riutta. In the space of our day together we mapped out the launch of her brand new association, brainstormed web copy, designed her signature story, outlined her preview call and designed a year’s worth of content she’ll include with her association benefits. Plus, I taught her a variety of ways to repurpose her content for an endless supply of newsletter articles, blog posts, tweets and more. We capped off the day with dinner out where we dished about our favorite movies and actors (hey, a girl’s got to relax somehow!).
Shelley is a beautiful example of a woman who is successfully combining spirit with entrepreneurship. Are You Secretly Avoiding These Million Dollar Money Habits?

Women entrepreneurs secretly harbor a lot of pain, shame and blame about money. To the outside world they claim they want to make more, but secretly, in the privacy of their thoughts they feel the darkness of their money shadow side.
These feelings are like tentacles, grabbing at their heart and undermining their self-esteem. Ashamed and thinking they are “the only one” to feel this way, too many women remain silent when in reality, breaking free of their money gremlins is surprisingly easy to do.
The way I found greater freedom from money gremlins was to start thinking like a million dollar entrepreneur. At first, it felt…strange. My bank account balance clearly didn’t match this new thinking. Nor did my monthly income.
But, in a surprisingly short amount of time, all that changed. One year later my income, bank account, prestige, credibility and yes, my self-esteem had MORE than doubled.
Here’s what I did to shine a light on the shadow side of money. Try these tips for yourself and you’ll quickly find yourself healing some old money wounds and feeling more at peace with money…and making more of it!

Is your business connected with your Spirituality

You may have noticed that my marketing articles have taken on an even more spiritual voice. I’ve always believed that how we are on the inside is reflected in our business. What’s different is that I can no longer keep secret just HOW powerfully our spiritual path is connected with our business success.
I still enjoy teaching how to market and how to make more money, but I can no longer only give you the information without also sharing with you what makes me tick…and what makes you tick as well.
I now make more in one month than I used to make in a year. Yes, I do the marketing. But even more importantly, I keep peeling back the leaves of the artichoke. It isn’t always pretty and it isn’t always comfortable but what I trust is this:
- The more I reveal MY authenticity, the more you have permission to reveal YOURS
- The more I share openly about what it takes to have a successful business the more you can relax, knowing that NOT being perfect is…perfect
- The more I can connect with you on a heart level, the more I can mentor and teach you how to stand in your power as the beautiful, confident, successful woman entrepreneur you were born to be.

Business Coaching Secrets

This is the ONLY time I’ve ever published a photo that didn’t include a horse or a human, but this photo so struck me that I knew I had to share it with you. I snapped it over the weekend, where I was attending a closed-door retreat with my spiritual mentor, Barbara De Angelis.
This labyrinth perfectly depicts the entrepreneurial woman’s journey. It’s full of twists, turns and switchbacks. If you’ve ever walked a labyrinth then you know there is a moment where you feel as if you are lost, not sure if you’re actually on the path or that you may have missed a turn somewhere. But when you keep in motion and you trust that you ARE moving forward, you suddenly see how far you’ve come.
