Women entrepreneurs need to depend on their intuition a lot more than they normally allow themselves to.
Sure, logic and reason have their place in making decisions, but these left-brain, masculine qualities will keep you playing it safe, thinking about growth in small, incremental steps and prevent you from taking the bold leaps that are often required in order to fulfill your dream and satisfy your Soul’s Divine Purpose (not to mention, stop you from making a lot more mo.ney!).
The problem is, women often mistake fear or doubt as intuition. Reason is this: fear or doubt typically speak to us in a loud, unpleasant voice. Much like a nasty teacher from your past, it’s a voice that commands attention and can intimidate us into submission.
Compare that to the voice of intuition, which is typically softer and sweeter. It can even be more of a feeling or a sensation. Think of your intuition as a whisper, rather than a shout and you’ll understand what I mean.
So How Do You Tell The Difference Between Intuition And Fear?
Easy! First, think of something you know to be factually true that also has emotional significance for you. How do you know it’s true? You probably just “feel it.” Likely, your heart or your gut tells you it’s true.
Now think of something you did (or a decision you made) that you knew in advance was the right thing to do. This is something that turned out well, even though at the time, it may not have made sense “logically.” It’s likely you have a similar feeling about it as you did the first example above.
Finally, think of something you’re contemplating doing. Maybe it’s a program you’re considering, or something practical like raising your fees or launching a new in.come stream. Choose something that you’ve been feeling doubt or fear about.
I bet the feeling of doubt or fear isn’t in your heart or gut, is it? It’s likely up higher, in your head or even outside of you, swirling around your ears.
Bingo! That’s your clue that tells you it’s doubt or fear you’re experiencing, not intuition. Now, stay with me on this because what I’m about to reveal is going to sound a little woo-woo, but it works, I promise!
If you energetically “move” the decision you’re considering down into your heart or your gut you’re going to know what to do. This is because your intuition is connected down deep in your body, in your heart or in the seat of your creativity. By “moving” your decision you’re short cutting the left-brain chatter of doubt or fear, who’s sole purpose is to distract you from the truth and instead, you’re letting the part of you that is connected to Divine Wisdom guide your choice.
How cool is that, right?!
Remember, Doubt And Fear Are Not Truth
Your intuition is always right, even when the choice you’re making makes no sense in the moment you’re making it. My advice? Start energetically “moving” all of your decisions down to where your wisdom lives, and you’ll love the choices you make and the amazing results you create for yourself in the new year!

Creative entrepreneurs love the idea of “having a plan” but often struggle with how to make one, given the deluge of ideas they have spinning around in their head. The planning process can feel overwhelming and the end result is often a plan that still doesn’t answer the essential question, “What do I do FIRST?”
If that sounds like you, then you’re in luck. As a highly creative entrepreneur I’ve figured out how to honor my creative, feminine spirit AND design a practical plan that will ensure I meet my financial goals.
The results of the process I’ve designed have contributed significantly to my going from frustrating five figures just a few short years ago, to now having a multi-million dollar coaching business. The cool thing is, I still use the same planning process every year.
This part may make you laugh: I don’t use fancy spreadsheets, charts, graphs or any of the traditional, male-oriented planning tools. Doing so sounds like far too much work!
Instead, I run my entire multi 7-figure business from a plan written out on a couple sheets of paper with pencil. The secret is what goes ON those sheets of paper.
Here are 3 simple tips taken from my planning process, each designed to help you create the Divine Feminine version of a business plan.
