What would you do if the industry you were well established in suddenly dried up, you saw your business beginning to tank and the news on the horizon was predicting gloomy business weather?
Would you crawl under the covers, hide and wait out the storm? Surely, many entrepreneurs would be tempted to do just that. But taking the “hunker down and wait it out” approach not only practically guarantees business failure, it also fails to honor the strength, wisdom and courage women entrepreneurs have in abundance, just waiting to be called into action.
This is exactly what happened to my Platinum client, Terri Taylor. Terri had a wildly successful interior design business. Making big leaps in my business

Since I’m always writing and speaking about making big leaps I know you expect me to make them too, right? Well, this week I:
1. Hired my first full time, salaried employee. Wow! I feel like a real, grown up business owner.
2. Hired a second part-time salaried employee. Hmmm…I’m seeing a trend here.
3. Concluded a long-term contract with an outsourcing company as their mindset about connection, love and business did not match mine. Getting the work done is only part of what I expect from my team. As the Divine Feminine leader of my business I also want their loyalty, commitment and connection.
4. Made plans to host my first in-person team meeting, happening this week. I figure the more connected my team and I are to each other, the more I can better serve you.
5. Hired a high-school gal to feed horses each morning and clean corrals. First morning she was here I slept past 5:30 am all the way until 7:00. What a treat!
6. Had a major m’oney breakthrough that was clearly needed so that I can leap into the next level of financial and spiritual fulfillment. Yes, even with a 7-figure business I still need mo’ney breakthroughs. How ELSE would I know, first hand, what you’re going through?
