faster without overwhelm

I’m often asked, “Kendall, HOW do you launch so many new programs and products so quickly, without going bananas?” They think I must work bazillion hours or have an army of team working feverishly around the clock. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Which is good news for you, because it means that once I share with you how I implement, fast — and without overwhelm — you can do the same in your business.
But first, let me reveal WHY it’s vitally important that you master the skill of fast implementation. Implementing faster means you:
- Spend less time spinning your wheels, fretting over details and angsting over every little decision. The energetic savings of this alone makes fast implementation a thing of beauty.
- Launch more offers throughout the year to your peeps, resulting in greater cash flow and income flowing in to you. Think of what this would mean for you, your business and your loved ones.
- Get noticed by others, resulting in increased credibility, lucrative joint venture offers and more.
- Create security, peace and freedom because you’ve created a business you can “bank on.”
The beauty of a “lifestyle” business is that by learning how to implement faster, you can spend more time off doing the other things you love, all while your income keeps flowing in. Here are three of my favorite tips to help you achieve this, by implementing faster, and without overwhelm…
Tip #1 Take The “What If Your Life Depended On It” Approach
If your life depended upon doubling the number of offers you would normally launch this year, what would you do differently? I bet you immediately thought of something, right?
See, the thing is, we often fill our time with fluff…things that seem important but upon closer examination, don’t contribute any real value to the quality of our life, to our ability to help others or to our income. Taking the “What if your life depended on it” approach will help you instantly get clear on what matters and what doesn’t, liberating you to say “no” to people, tasks and projects that suck up your time and energy and gifts.
Tip #2 Add Up What Is At Stake
How much would it mean to you if you were to launch even just two new offers this year? For example: let’s say you offer a teleseminar with eight people in it, each paying $497. That’s nearly $4,000 for each course. Multiply that by two and you now have nearly $8,000 in additional income. When you compare $8,000 to your to-do list, is there anything on it that is worth as much? Not likely.
Tip #3 Where You Spend Your Time Predicts Your Results
I take the approach that anything that doesn’t add income to my business doesn’t get my attention. Period. This mindset may sound “all business” but in truth, it serves my passion and purpose in a big way.
That’s because I know that the more I’m focused on serving others, the more my income increases. If I delay in offering new programs or products, I’m not helping the number of people I’m meant to serve.
So, instead of spending time trying to do everything myself, tolerating poor performance from team or contractors, or waiting on people who take too long to get things done , I focus my energy, time and resources on hiring the best people I can find, then clearly setting the expectation that I want quick results. I also delegate everything technical to others (tasks such as managing the shopping cart, broadcasting emails, setting up product codes…you get the idea) while I focus my time doing what I do best. With short deadlines and a clearly outlined task calendar, everyone knows what they’re supposed to do, and by when…including me!

Focus is like a muscle, that once developed, will serve you for the rest of your life. Here’s one last tip to get started: Replace your long, tedious to-do list with a short list of which projects you’re going to launch. Include the start and end date and the amount of income you expect to make for each one. Add up those numbers and I think you’ll find yourself motivated to get the help and support you need to make this year the one where you surprise yourself in how much you get done!
