Despite the economy my business has never been stronger. Same is true with my clients, too. In fact, I just celebrated having exceeded a very ambitious first quarter revenue goal and I’m already humming along towards reaching an even bigger second quarter goal.
I know, sounds simple for me, right? You might even be saying, “It’s easy for you Kendall, you already HAVE a 7-figure business” and think that the money just keeps rolling in for me.
While yes, on one hand my business IS easy. (That’s because I have set up my business to work FOR me, instead of me working for it.) But trust me, just like you, unless I do the RIGHT things and do them CONSISTENTLY, the flow of money could potentially stop.
That flow of money won’t stop though and for four very simple reasons that I’m about to share with you now. Honestly, the spiritual and financial richness of my life and business are because I continue to implement these four simple steps, day in and day out.
Imagine how much more money, joy and gratitude you could be creating in your life and business by following these four SIMPLE steps. That’s a powerful thought, isn’t it? So with that powerful thought in mind, here are the four simple steps I take on a daily basis to keep my business lined up with my AUTHENTICITY and lined up with my 1NCOME goals…
Tip #1 Get Focused On A Simple Business Model That Works
When I stopped dabbling with different business models and actually committed myself to ONE, my business took off! Now, my business model is a graceful combination of info products, membership programs, workshops and teleseminars. What’s important here is that EVERY single product and service I offer flows into something else. This simple strategy makes my business feel fun, creative and satisfying for me but also really simple to plan out from year to year.
If mapping out your multiple streams of 1ncome business feels tough because you don’t have enough perspective or clarity then I strongly advise you to get help with this. Otherwise you’ll waste time dabbling without producing the results you want for your time spent.
Tip #2 Focus FIRST On Creating Leveraged 1ncome Streams Before Passive Ones
Sure, everyone loves the idea of creating info products that make money while you sleep. But the truth is, until you have a steady stream of reliable money flowing in and design your business to free up your time, you’ll never create the lifestyle you want OR reach your 1ncome goals.
So start by redesigning HOW you deliver your services so you’re making more in less time. The energy you free up will pay itself back to you one hundred fold.
Tip #3 Make Decisions From The Level Where You Want To Be, Not From Where You Are Now
Years ago, I kept making decisions and taking action as if I was a high 5-figure business owner, so there I stayed…stuck and frustrated because I knew I wasn’t helping enough people OR living my dream. It was no fun!
But the moment I switched and started thinking, acting and marketing first as a high 6-figure business owner, then later as a 7-figure business owner my 1ncome started to leap forward, all with less effort on my part. Imagine, it wasn’t long before I WAS a 7-figure business owner!
Every system, strategy, coaching program, even the people you master mind with simply MUST honor this concept and pull you forward into it even when you forget and slip back into old habits.
Tip #4 Coach Your Clients As If Their Life Depends On Their Success
Sounds intense, doesn’t it? But here’s the deal, if you’re wishy-washy with your clients, they’ll NEVER achieve the results they’re paying you for. And YOU’LL never realize the success you’re destined to achieve.
I coach my clients from a place of “passionate detachment.” That is, caring deeply enough about them that I’ll speak the truth rather than hold back due to fear of offending them. Good news is, they love it and always want more!
