One Simple Way To Quickly Wean Off Of 1-on-1 Clients

No matter how much you love your 1-on-1 clients, there comes a time when this model of serving people feels more draining than inspiring.
This is a point in time where many women entrepreneurs feel guilty because they’ve lost a bit of that “lovin’ feeling.” Or they feel stuck because they don’t have a new business model that supports their desire to leverage their time, free up their energy and pursue new opportunities.
The solution is actually simple if you break it down into stages. The FIRST stage is to increase your revenue so you have more money flowing in, which will give you more freedom to choose what you want to do next in your business.
So how do you get more money flowing in to your business without increasing your workload?
I recommend starting with something that’s fast, easy and SIMPLE.

Offer Virtual VIP Days — Here’s How…
A Virtual VIP day is just like being in a private in-person intensive with you, only instead of having to find a location, make arrangements for your client to fly in, get dressed up and go somewhere, you meet on the telephone for a series of calls focused on your client’s outcomes.
When I first brainstormed this idea with one of my Platinum coaching clients she loved it and in less than a month she had booked multiple Virtual VIP day clients, bringing in thousands of dollars.
Since then I’ve coached many of my clients on how to offer this fast, simple and lucrative income stream.
Here are four quick tips you can use to successfully design, offer and deliver your own lucrative Virtual VIP days, just like my clients have done:
Tip #1 Plan On A Series Of Calls Throughout The Day
I recommend scheduling a four to five hour day, broken out into a series of calls, each call lasting approximately 30 - 60 minutes. In between calls your client will be busy doing their homework assignments while you relax and take a break.
Tip #2 Don’t Go Overboard
Resist the urge to include tons of content. Overwhelming your client is not what they signed up for. Instead, focus on offering structured, step-by-step help specifically designed to solve ONE primary challenge. For example, my client, Helen Graves offers a Virtual VIP Day on the topic of “What to Say If You Hate to Sell.”

Tip #3 Offer Bonus Checklists
Clients love quick reference sheets, tips lists or checklists so plan on offering a couple of these with your Virtual VIP Day package to increase the value even more.
Tip #4 Offer Payments But According To This Timetable
Right now, to balance cash flow many clients appreciate a payment plan. Just be sure that you are paid in full prior to the start of your Virtual VIP Day as you do not want to have a balance outstanding after you’ve delivered your great service.
